Data Analysis
These days''everyday situations often include computers and the handling of excessive amounts of data. These data are usually stored in a database wherein it can be used quickly during software development or database development. Not only thatbut it is also used excessively during data analysisand the creation of reports and predictions. One of the most basic samples of a small database is Microsoft Access and it has been one of the tools used in the evolution of database replication.
Data analysis is but one part of dealing with a database. In data analysis''the concern is focused on how data is usedand how data interacts with its environment. In additiondata analysis is needed to correctly identify the elements of the data which is a part of data processing in the organization. As a result the data is correctly designated into their correct logical groups and the relationships between the data gathered are defined between the resulting groups.
The process of data analysis also includes the flow of data which can be correctly presented through the use of flow charts and data flow methodologies. People who practice data analysis''or data analystsoften go about their work from fact finding right up to the implementation of the results of the data analysis.
Some people often wonder why data needs to go through data analysis instead of going directly to the computerized system. One factor why a lot of people would rather skip the data analysis part is because the whole data analysis phase of the process is time consuming'' not to mention it raises so many questions that were not considered in the first place. As a result the implementation of the system is often delayed since answers must be provided before proceeding to the next phase.
While a lot of people would really rather skip the data analysis part of the process''the results of a correct data analysis provides a data design which is feasible not only for the present but for future requirements. If the system is ready changes can be easily adapted in future situations.
